This is a handout from PaLA on links for small businesses. When I was looking through some of the links, I found that the Center for Workforce Information and Analysis had some great information and links for job-seekers.

Starting a new business in UD
While this pamphlet is aimed at immigrants, the information it contains applies to anyone starting a new business in Upper Darby. The township is ordering a bulk quantity of these so that we will have some to hand out. In the meantime, these can be printed out and distributed.
The Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians is a site every staff member should be aware of and every department head or reference librarian should spend time becoming familiar with.

More help from the state
Here's another site that compiles a lot of useful links for people having difficulties with jobs, health care, housing, food, heating, and more. This is a good site to spend some time browsing.
Job Searching
This was passed along from the state library. It seems to cover jobs from part time at Kohl's to post doc research positions.
Searchable, doesn't seem to charge anything, direct links to employers, and current.
